Authentic Lives

I get it. I think I finally get it. ...because really, this much nonsensical garbage about private behavior and marriages that will not affect anyone else, makes no sense. Sin or not. All the lies. No. No preacher will ever be forced to marry someone against their own conscience. Nope. It's not about any of that. Do they really fear that gay marriage will make everyone gay? Nah. I hope they are not all that stupid.

Gays have always been here. Always. ...and in the past, we hid it. We either married people we could, at least, tolerate or maybe even love... Or we've been the spinster or the unmarried uncle...or whatever. We have lived fake lives for centuries.

...and now we say...not any more. This is my life and I want to be happy. It may and probably is, the only life I will have. It is mine. In Walden, Thoreau said something about people leading  lives of quiet desperation. That describes the gay life of the past, quite well. Can you imagine?

These religionists can and that is exactly what they are afraid of. If gays no longer live a life not their own and if gays are going to be happy, married and guilt be damned.... Oh no. Straight people might want to, too. That's it. I get it. 

All those women married to men who smack them around or demean them, or just do nothing for them, thinking they have made a noble sacrifice...for the kids. ...and all those men, married to the the women they don't want, working jobs they really hate, keeping hours that make them weep, thinking they have made the noble sacrifice....for the kids. They might all wake up and realize they are just teaching their kids a miserable lie and that people should really really be...with who they want to be with. 

People should all lead fulfilled and happy lives. Ahh... It all makes sense now. Gays start living REAL authentic lives....and straight people might want to, too. Dang.

Pat Robertson

Pat Robertson claims that Hillary wants to make it illegal to criticize politicians. ...and all I feel like doing is babbling and ranting. I am so sick of these right wing hyper religionist hypocritical.....

Pat, you lying sack of garbage. It's religionists you're thinking of. Religionists wish it was illegal to criticize religion. In fact, the main reason right wing religionists hate Muslims so much is because they are just jealous that they cannot stone people to death, too...the way extremist Muslims do. Yes Pat, regardless of xtian protestations to the contrary, it is not most Muslims. It is just extremists...like you. ...and you are jealous. You piece of crap..

...and now we need some 'splaining. How exactly does one do that, Pat? How do you ban people in a country with 325 MILLION people in it, from saying anything, at all, pretty much? How, the cops? Damn. I don't think so. They are off murdering Black teenage males and finding...umm...stuff. I see them driving around a lot. 325 million, Pat? How do you stop people from saying words? Hmm?

Does it not bother your side, to make idiotic claims? At all? A little bitty bit? A wee tad of a bit? Are you proud of that? You must be so fucking happy right now? A Black President, a woman with a horndog husband, running for president and Gay people...as far as the eye can see. There we are. ....and you just can't stop thinking about it. These three things. I bet you are more pissed off and happy than you have been in longer than you can remember. Rush has made....this came out last week...300 million dollars off us...Blacks and Gays and Immigrants and Feminists and all of you...you, so offended...that you are happier and richer than you ever thought you could be. You seem like happily rabid dogs on a piece of meat that spits money into your bank accounts. Do you even get what you are doing for your kicks? Do you even know what you have done...or maybe you're looking forward to it. You won't die. You won't get hurt. You better hope. ...because this is what you and yours have done:

You have massively armed and gotten them so hyped they are ready to die to hold onto that pistol...the cold dead hands... a segment of the population....of unsophisticated, uneducated, angry, racist, sexist, homophobic, white, scared people and set them loose. So far, mainly their own toddlers have died. A lot. Are you happy?

Thankfully, they and you are a minority. ....and they will end up dead or locked up. Look what you have done to them. Everybody has two choices. You can make it better or you can make it worse. You can be a Super Hero or you can be a Supervillain...and look what you have done...

Oh and one more thing, Pat. I am a lesbian. I do not want to have sex with a child and I do not want to marry my dog. Haven't there been cultures that oh...cultures that cut out the tongues of liars? I bet you would approve of a punishment so cruel. Aren't you lucky that I am better than you?

Not a Choice

Not a Choice

About the morons who think being gay is a choice and why the right wing need it to be...but it's not.....   Their "pundits" tell them gay is a choice so they can freely hate. If gay was a choice why would Dick Cheney's daughter or Phyllis Schlafly's son be gay. ...and why would there be gays in countries that have a death penalty for it. Found in every race, culture and species since the beginning of time. Jeez...and the right wing get all huffy that we think they are stupid. They are...stupid.

The bigots might feel better if they stopped thinking about gay sex all the damned time. A descent into madness is often preceded by an obsession. I didn't think about sex that much when I was 19. ...and other people's sex. Eww. Pervy bigots. Get some help.

The funniest part is, they, having no fucking idea at all, say it is a choice because that is what their pundits tell them even though every single reputable doctor and shrink on the planet says it is not and there are gay who can tell them it is not.

Also, if it is a choice, why does the rightwing push reparative therapy.  Why any therapy at all.  If it is a choice couldn't I just say..."Straight now"...  Idiots.  Rightwingers are idiots...

Pretending it is a choice gives them license to hate and to beat and to kill...us.
